UOVO Pro Replacement Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The UOVO Pro Replacement Program (“Program”) is available to customers whose first qualifying order is placed at full price ($129) and selects the Pro-Pricing plan. UOVO reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Program Benefits
Upon enrollment, participants will receive a single-use discount code for 50% off one (1) pair of UOVO footwear at each of the following intervals, measured from the date of the first qualifying order:

One hundred eighty (180) days

Two hundred seventy (270) days
Participants may receive up to three (3) discount codes within the first twelve (12) months of enrollment, in addition to the original qualifying order.
3. Code Terms
Each discount code is valid for one (1) pair only and may not be applied toward multiple items or split across orders. Codes are non-transferable and are locked to the email address associated with the participant’s first qualifying order. Each code expires ninety (90) days from its date of issuance and, once expired, cannot be reinstated, extended, or replaced.
4. Stacking and Other Offers
Discount codes issued under this Program may not be combined with any other discount code, coupon, or promotional offer unless otherwise stated by UOVO in writing.
5. Refunds and Voiding
If a participant’s first qualifying order is refunded or cancelled for any reason, the participant’s enrollment in the Program is void, and any issued or future discount codes will be cancelled immediately and without notice.
6. Pricing Disclosure
Based on full participation (one order at full price and three orders at 50% off within twelve months), the average price per pair is approximately $81.00. This figure is illustrative only and is not a guaranteed or fixed price.
7. Program Modifications
UOVO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect discount codes already issued prior to the change.
8. Limitation
Participation in the Program does not guarantee future availability of any specific product, style, or size. Discount codes are subject to standard UOVO return and exchange policies unless otherwise noted.
