Shipping & Delivery
We offer several shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days via Ground
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days via FedEx 2-Day
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is available for a fee.
Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. If you're located internationally and want to shop UOVO, you can find us on Amazon or email us at hello@uovobrand.com to let us know where we should launch next!
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly with the shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn shoes in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions. We offer free returns & exchanges for US customers.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Yes. As long as the shoes are unworn, we accept the return. Please re-box the shoes before sending them back.
We process orders quickly, but email us at hello@uovobrand.com right away if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, though changes after processing may not be possible.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Google Pay and we are proud partners of ShopPay. For added flexibility, we also offer installment payments through ShopPay.
